About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Lead who can provide strong technical guidance, mentor engineers, and help teams deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both backend and frontend software engineering, with deep expertise in .NET Core backend development, SQL query optimization, RESTful API creation, backend authentication and authorization, and scalable software architecture. Responsibilities include developing reusable software libraries, researching and implementing backend components, upgrading .NET frameworks as needed, supporting DevOps activities when required, and producing clear technical documentation. On the frontend, the candidate should be experienced in React component development, major UI/UX workflows, business logic implementation, Kendo UI, and modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries. The role also includes maintaining frontend performance through code minification and bundling, upgrading frontend components as necessary, and contributing hands-on coding for at least 75% of allocated project time. The ideal individual is proactive, quality-focused, collaborative, and comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle in a fast-paced consulting environment.
